The first episode focuses on the decade-long investigation into the Long Island serial killer, shedding light on allegations of corruption and police biases that hindered the search for justice. The second episode explores the tragic story of entrepreneur Stockton Rush and his ill-fated attempt to create a submersible for tourists to explore the Titanic wreckage. Lastly, the series examines the secretive Fundamentalist Latter-Day Saints (FLDS) community and its controversial leader, Warren Jeffs.
