Chefs Ruby Bhogal and Daniel Galmiche join Ainsley Harriott at the Wimpole Estate in Cambridgeshire for a culinary challenge. In this episode, the chefs put their skills to the test, creating dishes using fresh produce from the estate’s kitchen gardens.
Airing on ITV1 on Thursday, 6 July 2024, at 11:40 am, the seventh episode of Ainsley’s National Trust Cook Off sees competition heating up as Ruby and Daniel go head-to-head, showcasing their culinary creativity and technique.
While the chefs work their magic in the kitchen, Ainsley explores the Wimpole Estate, interacting with the staff and volunteers who dedicate their time to maintaining the beauty and abundance of the gardens. He learns about the estate’s rich history and gains insights into the hard work and dedication that goes into cultivating the fresh British produce used in the chefs’ dishes.
The judges will have a difficult task ahead of them as they taste and evaluate the chefs’ creations, ultimately deciding who will take home the coveted ‘Dish of the Day’ accolade.
