A double dose of culinary inspiration is on the menu this Saturday with back-to-back episodes of America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country. First up, America’s Test Kitchen is tackling the Thanksgiving feast, minus the big bird. They’ll be exploring the art of the green bean casserole, sharing must-have tools for the holiday, and revealing the secrets to perfect make-ahead mashed potatoes. Plus, they’re shaking things up with festive cocktails, from fireside classics to New England-inspired libations.
Then, Cook’s Country serves up “A Bold Brunch.” There’ll be brunch burgers, decadent browned butter chocolate chunk muffins, and a helpful review of cooking sprays.
