On the Costa del Sol, Welsh-born physiotherapist Ruth organises an action-packed mobility class for the local senior ladies, affectionately known as the Fuengirola females.
The class is designed to keep them active and engaged, and Ruth hopes for a full turnout, including 84-year-old Val, who embraces a youthful outlook through her active lifestyle.
After the class, Ruth and her husband, John, explore the Spanish hills and try their hand at frisbee golf, taking in the stunning surroundings.
