The BET Hip Hop Awards 2024 celebrates the best in hip-hop music and culture. Airing on BET on Tuesday, October 15, at 8:00 p.m. ET, the awards show was pre-recorded on October 8 at Drai’s Beach Club in Las Vegas.
Hosted by Fat Joe for the third year running, the event honors the top artists and music releases of the year. Leading the nominations with 12 nods is Megan Thee Stallion, including for Hip-Hop Artist of the Year. This category, introduced in 2020, features a balanced mix of male and female nominees for the first time.
Other nominees include Cardi B, GloRilla, Nicki Minaj, 21 Savage, Drake, Future, and Kendrick Lamar.
