The team, under the guidance of Head of Collections Kate, must act swiftly to remove the bird before the arrival of the visitors.

Meanwhile, the catering team, led by Head of Catering Jack, is hard at work in the hub kitchen, located on the far side of the estate. They are preparing meals for four different eateries, and Jack takes the time to discuss the latest produce with vegetable gardener Harrison.
