CBS Mornings welcomes professional football player Amon-Ra St. Brown, former competitive swimmer Missy Franklin, and content creator Keila Shaheen to the show.
Amon-Ra St. Brown, a wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, joins the show to discuss his football career. St. Brown, who speaks fluent German and French, was voted to the Pro Bowl in 2022 and 2023 and named first-team All-Pro in 2023. He is also a community ambassador for Unite Health Share Ministries, a Christian healthcare non-profit organisation.
Missy Franklin, a five-time Olympic medalist and former competitive swimmer, will discuss her career and experiences as an athlete. Franklin, who began competing at the age of twelve, won four gold medals at the 2012 London Olympics and held multiple world records in swimming.
Keila Shaheen, the creator of Zenfulnote and author of the viral book The Shadow Work Journal, will be on the show to talk about her work. Shaheen, a certified sound therapist and behavioural therapy practitioner, founded Zenfulnote in 2021 to provide tools for inner healing.
