Marty McDonald, the founder of Elle Olivia, an infant and toddler clothing brand, joins the show to share her mission of empowering young girls of colour and their allies. McDonald has also written a book, Mama We Made It, which aligns with the brand’s message of representation and encouragement for Black girls and their mothers.
