In Monday night’s episode of Celebrity SAS, eight recruits remain in the running, but they are physically and mentally exhausted. They must push themselves further as they face a series of gruelling challenges designed to test their survival instincts and resilience.
The recruits plunge into freezing waters in the New Zealand mountains, an arduous task that demands every ounce of their strength and determination. They must then quickly shift gears and channel their aggression in a confrontation with the formidable Redman.
After a day filled with physical trials, the directing staff pushes them even further by asking them to read emotional death letters addressed to their families.
