On Saturday evening, the Cooking Channel will air an exciting new episode of Chef Swap at the Beach. This episode, titled “BBQ Cookoff!,” presents the skills and heritage of two culinary students from the International Culinary Institute in a head-to-head barbecue battle.
With guidance from their mentors, the students will put their talents to the test in what is sure to be a mouth-watering competition.
