The Joel, Dee-Dee & Emily Triangle
In recent episodes of Coronation Street, Dee-Dee and Joel’s romance storyline has been revisited. Joel has been hiding the fact that he has a wife, Emily, and a baby daughter. Dee-Dee was devastated when she found out the truth and Joel was forced to confess that he had cheated on Emily while she was pregnant, resulting in her kicking him out.
Despite this, Emily later arrived on the Street to defend Joel to Dee-Dee, assuring her that he is a good man at heart. Relations between Joel and Emily are said to be improving, and Emily has even asked Joel to meet his daughter.
