Marvel brought a touch of Hell’s Kitchen to New York Comic Con, surprising fans with an appearance by Daredevil: Born Again stars Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio.

Joining Marvel editor-in-chief C.B. Cebulski and series producer Sana Amanat on stage, Cox and D’Onofrio finally revealed the Disney+ premiere date: March 4, 2025. A sneak peek of the series was also offered, presumably to tide fans over for the next six months.

Born Again sees Matt Murdock (Cox) juggling his legal career with his vigilante activities, while Wilson Fisk (D’Onofrio) continues his Machiavellian machinations within New York’s political sphere.

The inevitable clash between these two titans suggests a return to the dark, morally complex superhero narratives that made the original Netflix series so compelling. With a supporting cast blending familiar faces and new additions, Born Again seems poised to offer another helping of brooding, street-level action. The question remains: can it recapture the magic of its predecessor, or will it simply be another case of superhero fatigue?
