Days of Our Lives Recap Wednesday, November 13

Salem, the town where tranquility is as rare as a unicorn sighting, saw another day of high drama on Wednesday November 13. Fists flew, secrets spilled, and romantic embers flickered (or in some cases, threatened to ignite into full-blown dumpster fires).

The main event? EJ DiMera and JJ Deveraux decided to settle their differences with a brawl. The source of their conflict? EJ, never one for diplomacy, insulted Gabi Hernandez and dismissed JJ’s concerns about Cat Greene. When a DiMera throws shade, it tends to land with the force of a meteor strike.

Speaking of Gabi Hernandez, she and JJ Deveraux found themselves on surprisingly amicable terms after the fight. JJ, seemingly experiencing a selective memory lapse regarding Gabi’s past actions, offered her a chance to prove she’s changed. Whether this leads to a rekindled romance is anyone’s guess.

Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera, unfortunately for him, decided to confess a secret infidelity to EJ. Keeping secrets from Chanel Dupree, it appears, is a DiMera family pastime. This revelation will undoubtedly complicate his relationship with his wife, who remains unaware of his betrayal.

Elsewhere in Salem, Paulina Price continued her campaign for Jada Hunter to remain police commissioner, a move almost guaranteed to create friction with Rafe Hernandez. In Salem, professional triumphs frequently come at the cost of personal tranquility.

On a lighter note, Stephanie Johnson and Alex Kiriakis shared a moment of palpable chemistry during a photoshoot. Perhaps a new power couple will emerge from the wreckage of the EJ/JJ showdown.
