The 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, airing on CBS on June 7, 2024, promises a star-studded event with a diverse lineup of presenters from the world of daytime television. Hosted by Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner, the awards show will feature a range of notable names in the industry.

Presenters include Kristos Andrews, Lidia Bastianich, Lauralee Bell, Eric Braeden, Steve Burton, Derrick Camana, Kelly Clarkson, Stefan Dennis, Zooey Deschanel, Scott Evans, Jackée Harry, Amelia Heinle, Annie Jones, Star Jones, Christel Khalil, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, Eric Martsolf, Kiara Liz Ortega, Danielle Pinnock, Melvin Robert, Lawrence Saint-Victor, Jonathan Scott, Laura Wright, and Dr. Rae Wynn-Grant.

The special will also include a guest appearance by THE TALK hosts Amanda Kloots and Jerry O’Connell. Additionally, Melody Thomas Scott and Edward J. Scott will be honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards for their remarkable contributions to daytime television.

The awards ceremony, produced by NATAS and ATI, promises to celebrate the best of daytime television with a range of exciting categories and honors. The nominees for the 51st Daytime Emmy Awards were announced on April 19, 2024, with CBS soaps The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless leading the way with 12 nominations each.

Other nominees include ABC’s General Hospital, Peacock’s Days of Our Lives, and Amazon Freevee’s Neighbours, which scored Amazon’s first Daytime Drama Emmy nomination. At 98 years old, Dick Van Dyke becomes the oldest Daytime Emmy nominee for his guest spot on Days of Our Lives, playing an elderly man with amnesia.

The Kelly Clarkson Show leads the talk show categories with nine nominations, followed by The View with seven.

The 51st Daytime Emmy Awards will be presented live from the Westin Bonaventure Los Angeles on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET (delayed PT). It will be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

This will be the 18th time CBS has broadcast the awards, more than any other network.

The Daytime Creative Arts & Lifestyle Emmy Awards will be presented the following night, streaming live on The Emmys apps and watch.TheEmmys.tv.
