In episode three of Emma Willis: Delivering Babies, Emma Willis reaches the halfway point of her assignment at Watford General Hospital. She is called for a meeting with her supervisor, Wendy, the Head of Midwifery, to assess her progress in the Maternity Support Worker training program.

Willis still has a lot of ground to cover, and she’s eager to accelerate her training. She finds herself in uncharted territory, participating in pool evacuation training, where she learns the crucial skill of safely removing a patient from a birthing pool in emergency situations.

In the latest season of Emma Willis: Delivering Babies, TV presenter Emma Willis resumes her work in maternity services after an 18-month hiatus, this time at a larger hospital, Watford General in Hertfordshire. Over ten weeks, Willis embarks on a challenging journey as she strives to advance her training and qualify as a Maternity Support Worker (MSW), building upon her previous role as a Maternity Care Assistant (MCA).
