The premiere episode of Season 4 of FBI: International, titled “A Leader, Not a Tourist,” introduces Supervisory Special Agent Wesley “Wes” Mitchell, played by Jesse Lee Soffer. This episode starts with a high-stakes chase from Los Angeles to Budapest after Mitchell’s partner is shot, marking a significant shift in leadership for the Fly Team.
Directed by Michael Katleman and written by Matt Olmstead, the episode explores Mitchell’s strong desire to lead and the immediate challenges he faces with the team. As the Fly Team adapts to their new boss, the dynamics within the group are expected to evolve.
With Scott Forrester (Luke Kleintank) leaving and Jesse Lee Soffer stepping in, the team has new challenges to deal with. Jamie Kellett’s ((Heida Reed) departure in Season 3 left a gap that will be felt, and the new season will explore how the team copes with these shifts while continuing their mission to track and neutralize threats against American citizens in Europe.
FBI: International, A Leader, Not a Tourist airs Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 9:00 PM on CBS.
