The Ghosts panel at New York Comic Con offered a few treats for fans of the CBS sitcom. Rose McIver, who plays the ghost-seeing Sam, will step behind the camera to direct an upcoming episode.
Also announced: Sakina Jaffrey and Bernard White will guest star as Jay’s parents in a one-hour Christmas special airing December 19th.
The special two part holiday episode, “A Very Arondekar Christmas,” will find Sam and Jay’s B&B plans thrown into chaos by a faulty water heater and the arrival of Jay’s disapproving family.
Will Sam and Jay manage to pull off a successful Christmas celebration, or will the Arondekar family dynamics (and the faulty plumbing) lead to a Yuletide meltdown? We’ll have to wait until December 19th to find out.
