On Monday night, FYI presents a double serving of Global Soul Kitchen, with back-to-back new episodes starting at 10:00 PM.
In the first course, Chef Deborah VanTrece takes on a fusion of flavors as she prepares a unique pasta dish: Paella Macaroni. Combining the traditional Spanish rice dish with a Southern mac and cheese twist, Chef VanTrece creates a mouthwatering hybrid.
Then, at 10:30 PM, Chef VanTrece continues her culinary journey with a creative twist on dumplings. She draws inspiration from Chinese wontons to craft two delightful dishes. First, she prepares an all-American treat with apple wontons and milk jam, followed by a Southern-style collard green dumpling.
