The Benkos are back with a new episode of their heartwarming home renovation show, and this time, they’re helping a friend. In Happy to Make a New Home Feel Old, Gray and Mike Benko lend their expertise to Bryan Mise, a neighbor and dear friend who is constructing a new house in Summerville’s historic district.
The challenge is to make this modern build feel like a home from the early 1900s, and with Gray’s knowledge, Mike’s craftsmanship, and Grumpy’s contracting skills, they’re more than up to the task.
In this episode, we see the team bring their unique blend of skill and creativity to Bryan’s new house. Gray, with her eye for design and love for historic homes, takes the lead in transforming the space.
