The Australian reality series “Hunted: The Million Dollar Heist” returns for its third season, premiering on 10 and 10 Play on Monday, August 12, at 7:30 pm. This season features a fresh new look and a change in leadership at Hunted HQ combining the traditional Hunted format with a high-stakes robbery twist borrowed from Hunted sister show The Heist*.
Ordinary Australians will undergo an extraordinary transformation, becoming real-life fugitives and executing a bank robbery. In a modern-day heist, they must infiltrate a bank, acquire the money, and vanish without leaving a trace. Their challenge is to evade capture for 20 days, with the prize money as their ultimate goal.
Chief Reece Dewar, OAM, a veteran with over 20 years of experience in the Australian Defence Force, leads the pursuit. He is joined by a skilled team of Hunters, who will employ their tools and tactics to track down the fugitives.
Among the participants are Gen Z friends Jayde and Tayla, known as the “Dangerous Duo”; engaged couple Joanna and Lee; father-daughter duo Tanisha and Bobby; and down-to-earth country girls Romanee and Chelsea.
The cast also includes Andy and Deb, with Deb’s criminal safe-cracker father potentially influencing her strategies; thrill-seekers Ondeane and Shelli; married couple Ben and Luke; street-smart friends Kaylie and Tony; and determined friends Akec and Joe.
