A&E’s long-running documentary series Intervention returns with another powerful episode, “Joey & Erika,” airing on July 1, 2024. The episode centers around the couple, Erika and Joey, whose relationship began with a drug-fueled romance. From their very first date, the pair used meth together, leading to a deep-rooted addiction that now threatens to tear them apart.
Joey’s family refuses to be around Erika due to her addiction, causing tension in the relationship. To save the couple from their destructive path, both families must put aside their differences and unite in a desperate attempt to help Erika and Joey overcome their addictions.
