Jamie Oliver Returns with Episode 2 of What to Eat This Week on Channel 4 on Monday

In the second episode of his new Channel 4 series, What to Eat This Week, Jamie Oliver showcases fresh and flavourful summer ingredients. Based in his garden shed, Jamie demonstrates how to create delicious meals using the season’s bounty, from vibrant salads and family-favourite traybakes to brilliant barbecues and summertime roasts.

In this installment, Jamie combines early potatoes, chorizo, and the first ripe tomatoes of the season in a sticky chicken traybake. He then joins his son Buddy in the garden to pick strawberries for a creamy rice pudding with a quick strawberry jam.

Exploring his love of spice, Jamie picks homegrown chillies to make a quick pickle and griddles prawn skewers on the BBQ. To round off the meal, he prepares a green gazpacho soup using cucumbers and other green summer vegetables.
