ABC’s long-running late-night talk show, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, is shaking things up this summer with an impressive roster of guest hosts. Starting Monday, June 24, each week will feature a different celebrity or comedian taking over the hosting duties.
Veteran comedian Martin Short will kick off the summer, hosting the show for the week of June 24. He will be followed by a diverse array of talent, including Anthony Anderson, Kathryn Hahn, Kumail Nanjiani, Lamorne Morris, Jeff Goldblum, and the dynamic duo of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman (coinciding with the release of the new Deadpool movie).
Each guest host will bring their unique style and personality to the show, interviewing a variety of celebrities and keeping audiences entertained throughout the summer months.
Short’s guests for his inaugural week include Steve Martin, Selena Gomez, Melissa McCarthy, Sienna Miller, Jelly Roll, and Beck. The audience will also be treated to musical performances by Imagine Dragons, Jelly Roll, Beck, and The Warning.
“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. EDT on ABC, with episodes streaming the next day on Hulu. The show is currently in its 22nd season and is an integral part of ABC’s late-night lineup, broadcasting from the renowned El Capitan Entertainment Centre on Hollywood Boulevard.
