John Wells and Matt Kester Bring Rescue: Hi-Surf to BINGE

Award-winning executive producer and director John Wells and executive producer and writer Matt Kester are set to debut their new drama series, Rescue: Hi-Surf, on BINGE. The show, which premieres this Spring, offers a fresh perspective on the lives of Hawaii’s fearless lifeguards, patrolling the treacherous North Shore of O’ahu.

Each episode will focus on the dedicated and heroic first responders as they navigate dangerous situations along the infamous Seven Mile Miracle. The series promises an honest portrayal of their personal and professional lives, showcasing the bravery and adrenaline-fuelled nature of their work.

Starring Australian actor Adam Demos and New Zealander Robbie Magasiva, the cast includes Arielle Kebbel, Kekoa Kekumano, Alex Aiono, and Zoe Cipres. Sea Shimooka, Shawn Hatosy, and Ian Anthony Dale will appear in recurring roles.

Rescue: Hi-Surf is co-produced by Warner Bros. Television and FOX Entertainment Studios. Matt Kester, John Wells, and Daniele Nathanson serve as executive producers and co-showrunners. Kester will write the premiere episode, while Wells will direct the first two installments.
