Thursday night on NBC, Seth Meyers is chatting with Cynthia Erivo and Brett Goldstein. Erivo, the formidable talent taking on the role of Elphaba in the upcoming “Wicked” movies, is likely to discuss the pressures of playing such an iconic character, she may even burst into song.
Goldstein, the gruffly charming Roy Kent from “Ted Lasso,” is also on the docket. He’s expected to talk about his role in “Shrinking’s” second season. Will he offer insights into the show’s creation, he is after all one of the show’s co-creators? Perhaps. Will he swear a lot? Maybe. Will it be entertaining? That’s the safest bet of all.
