On Tuesday, July 16, NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers welcomes actor Natalie Portman, singer-songwriter Noah Kahan, and author Ramin Setoodeh to the show.
Natalie Portman will discuss her upcoming Apple TV+ series, Lady in the Lake, based on the novel of the same name by Laura Lippman. Portman portrays Maddie Schwartz, a housewife turned investigative reporter in 1960s Baltimore, who becomes obsessed with solving the disappearance of a local Black woman and the murder of a child. Portman is known for her roles in blockbuster franchises such as the Star Wars Prequels and the Thor films.
Noah Kahan will talk about his We’ll All Be Here Forever Tour, which kicked off in March 2024 and includes stops across North America, such as Toronto, Montreal, Nashville, Dallas, and Los Angeles. Kahan’s latest single, “Dial Drunk,” has received critical acclaim, solidifying his breakout success.
Ramin Setoodeh will discuss his book, Apprentice in Wonderland: How Donald Trump and Mark Burnett Took America Through the Looking Glass, which offers a behind-the-scenes look at Trump’s time on The Apprentice and the impact of reality TV culture on his rise to the presidency. Setoodeh is the editor-in-chief of Variety and the author of the New York Times bestseller Ladies Who Punch.
