On Friday, July 12, LIVE with Kelly and Mark welcomes Rita Ora, Dr. Doris Day, and Myron Mixon to the show.
Ora will discuss her role in the upcoming Disney+ musical Descendants: The Rise of Red, in which she plays the villainous Queen of Hearts, the mother of the film’s title character, Red. Ora put herself through a “villain training camp,” drawing inspiration from previous portrayals of the character, such as Helena Bonham-Carter’s Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland.
Dr. Doris Day, a dermatologist, will share her expertise on the effects of aging on the skin and offer guidance on achieving youthful, healthy skin. Day has developed several skincare lines and products, including the Dr. Doris Day Medical Skin Care Retinol Body Serum, which aims to diminish fine lines and sunspots.
Finally, five-time world barbecue champion Myron Mixon will showcase his BBQ skills. Mixon is the author of several New York Times bestselling cookbooks, including Smokin’ with Myron Mixon and Everyday Barbeque. He has also appeared on TV shows such as Discovery’s BBQ Rules and BBQ Pitmasters.
