Hulu is banking on Luke Bryan to uncover the origins of country music’s biggest hits in its new docuseries, “It’s All Country.” Releasing all six episodes on November 15th, the series proposes a look beyond the stage lights and sequins, examining the creative forces and personal experiences that drive the genre.
Bryan, renowned for his stadium anthems and amiable presence, seems a fitting guide to the Nashville songwriting scene. The trailer suggests a mix of intimate discussions, behind-the-scenes access, and naturally, ample music.
Expect appearances from country icons like Wynonna Judd and Sheryl Crow, alongside contemporary artists such as Mickey Guyton and Kane Brown. The inclusion of some less-familiar musicians suggests the series might venture beyond Music Row’s established pathways.
“It’s All Country” is a Hulu Original docuseries. Executive producers include Grant Kahler, Luke Bryan, Kerri Edwards, Peyton Manning (Omaha Productions), Jamie Horowitz, Paul Camarata, Keith Cossrow, and Chris Weaver.
