In the season finale of Moonflower Murders, Susan (Lesley Manville) and Andreas (Alexandros Logothetis) pay a visit to Stefan (Alec Secareanu) in prison. With the assistance of Pünd (Tim McMullan), Susan meticulously pieces together the puzzle, unraveling the truth behind the cases of both Frank Parris (Mark Gatiss) and Cecily Treherne.
The episode, “Atticus Pünd Takes The Case,” concludes with a shocking revelation as Pünd discloses the identities of the killers responsible for these crimes.

Eight years ago, a murder took place at a British country hotel, inspiring Alan Conway to write a novel based on the events. Cecily Treherne, intrigued by the book, believed the wrong man had been arrested for the crime and has now gone missing.
