Both are surprised by their biological ages, with Chris experiencing an unexpected shock during the process.
Paddy then heads to Zurich to visit a men’s clinic specialising in hair treatments. Concerned about his thinning hair, he explores options to restore his hairline and reverse the effects of ageing. His journey to regain his confidence highlights the pressures men face regarding their appearance.
The pair’s adventure continues on Mount Rigi, where they experience the Alpine air and try their hand at yodelling. The locals are amused by their attempts, adding a lighthearted element to their wellness journey. To wrap things up, they team up with cycling legend Fabian Cancellara for a scenic ride through the Swiss countryside, covering part of the Tour de Suisse.
