After an impressive 41-year run as the host of “Wheel of Fortune,” Pat Sajak is set to make his final appearance on the show’s primetime spin-off, “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.”
The iconic host will return to the small screen for one last spin as he takes on the role of host for the upcoming season of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.” According to ABC’s fall schedule lineup, Sajak will be back for the show’s debut on October 7, marking his final appearance on the syndicated show’s primetime spin-off.
Sajak’s decision to step away from the main “Wheel of Fortune” in June after more than four decades left fans saddened, but his return to “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” offers a chance for viewers to see him in action once more. He is being replaced as host by Ryan Seacrest.
Taping for the new season of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” has not yet begun, and the show will air on Mondays when ABC’s schedule is free from Monday Night Football games.
