Prime Video Sets Wednesday Quiz Show Programming Block

Prime Video is introducing a new game show programming block featuring Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?, Buy It Now, Wish List Games, and Pop Culture Jeopardy!, with releases staggered from October through December 2024. The lineup kicks off with Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?, hosted by NFL star Travis Kelce, where contestants team up with celebrities to answer school-level questions for a chance to win $100,000. The show premieres on October 16, 2024.

Buy It Now, hosted by JB Smoove, debuts on October 30, 2024, and challenges entrepreneurs to pitch their products to both a live audience and a panel of Amazon executives, aiming to secure a spot in the Buy It Now Store and win $20,000.

Wish List Games, a holiday-themed series hosted by Nick Cannon, premieres November 20, 2024. Contestants compete for prizes from their Amazon Wish Lists, with one lucky winner taking home up to $25,000.

Pop Culture Jeopardy!, hosted by Colin Jost, will debut on December 4, 2024, with 40 episodes set to air. Contestants will battle it out in teams, answering questions on a wide range of pop culture topics for a chance to win a $300,000 grand prize. This new take on the quiz show combines Jeopardy’s familiar format with the excitement of modern entertainment.
