Ah, The Proof Is Out There, a show that bravely asks the important questions, like, “Is that blurry blob Bigfoot, or just a guy in a gorilla suit having a really bad day?”
This week, Tony Harris and his team of experts are investigating a trio of cryptid conundrums. First up: grainy footage from the 1970s, purportedly showing Sasquatch hanging out in the Louisiana swamps. Because apparently, even mythical creatures need a change of scenery. I’m sure the experts will enhance the footage, zoom in on some indistinct pixels, and declare it inconclusive.
Then, we move on to the ever-popular topic of UFOs. Apparently, there’s been a recent uptick in sphere sightings, which I assume are just weather balloons, or possibly flocks of particularly well-coordinated birds. But hey, who am I to dismiss the possibility of extraterrestrial orbs?
Finally, there’s a video of some giant sea creature munching on a shark. I’m picturing something straight out of a Syfy original movie, but it’s probably just a slightly larger-than-average squid. Still, the possibility of a “shark killer” is undeniably intriguing, even if the reality is likely less dramatic. I’ll be tuning in, mostly out of morbid curiosity.
