In the first episode, titled ‘Cinghiale with Kale,’ Rachael draws inspiration from a local restaurant’s special dish: Wild Boar Ragu served over Kale Pasta. She puts her own twist on this traditional Tuscan cuisine, preparing a mouthwatering wild boar ragu and serving it with freshly made kale pasta.
