Rachael Ray in Tuscany returns to FYI with a double bill of mouth-watering episodes. First up at 9:00pm, Rachael prepares a Sicilian specialty, pasta con le sarde, or sardine pasta, using both canned and fresh sardines. She demonstrates the versatility of this dish by pairing it with long-cut pasta.
In the second episode at 9:30pm, Rachael is joined by Chef Sarah Moulton for a unique cooking challenge. Together, they create mystery meals using ingredients from Rachael’s Tuscan pantry. While Sarah opts for deep-fried vegetables, Rachael goes in a different direction, using red onions to craft a delicious caramelized onion pasta.
