This week’s Real Housewives of Orange County proves that even an ocean can’t separate these women from their drama. While ostensibly on a glamorous London getaway, the real fireworks are ignited by a ghost of seasons past: Alexis Bellino.
Despite being absent in the flesh, Alexis manages to stir the pot from afar, thanks to her ongoing feud with Shannon and the surprising support she receives from Tamra and Heather.
Emily and Gina look on in bewildered amusement as Tamra and Heather inexplicably side with Alexis, while simultaneously grilling Shannon over every perceived misstep. The hypocrisy is thick enough to cut with a diamond-encrusted scone.
Meanwhile, Shannon and Tamra’s already fractured friendship continues to crumble, culminating in a heated bathroom showdown and accusations of trip sabotage.
But the real drama bomb explodes when Shannon reveals Tamra’s alleged background check on Jenn’s boyfriend, Ryan. This leads to an epic confrontation, with Jenn unleashing a torrent of well-deserved fury on Tamra, who responds with her usual brand of sarcastic deflection. It’s all messy, ridiculous, and utterly compelling. In short, it’s Real Housewives at its finest.
