Signora Volpe continues its second season as Sylvia (Emilia Fox) takes on a new assignment. In episode 2, titled “A Deadly Net,” Sylvia embarks on a freelancing mission for MI6, assuming the role of a personal assistant to a diplomat’s widow.
She embeds herself at the widow’s luxurious lakeside villa, tasked with keeping a discreet watch on a South American politician.
However, things take an unexpected turn when a dead body is discovered in the lake. Sylvia’s presence at the scene surprises Riva, who is left astonished by her arrival. As Sylvia embeds herself into her new surroundings, the question arises: Who is the deceased, and what led to their demise?
