Sun, Sea and Selling Houses continues its seventh series with the fourteenth episode on Thursday 20 June on Channel 4, following families who assist Brits in finding their dream homes in sunny Spain. In this installment, Sophie and Charlotte lend their expertise to Liverpool natives Gordon and Debbie, who are ready to embrace a relaxed retirement in a Spanish abode.
Meanwhile, with Sophie and Charlotte away and the grandchildren in school, Linda and Manuel seize the opportunity to enjoy a romantic picnic and reminisce about their journey together.
The episode also features husband-and-wife duo Jo and Andrew Alderton, who are based in Calp. They join forces with John and Emma, a couple from County Tipperary, eager to find a Spanish holiday home for their active family. Jo and Andrew guide John and Emma through properties that fit their budget of 150,000 euros.
Additionally, with their business flourishing, Joanne and Andrew initiate interviews to expand their team. Adopting contrasting styles, with Andrew as the good cop and Joanne as the bad cop, will they successfully identify the ideal candidate for their A-Team?
