ITV’s “The Fortune Hotel” has been renewed for a second series, offering a new set of contestants the chance to win big.

The reality show, set in a stunning Caribbean resort, will once again be hosted by the talented Stephen Mangan. The premise is simple: 10 pairs of contestants, each given a briefcase, one of which contains a massive £250,000 cash prize. Eight cases are empty, and one contains an ‘Early Checkout Card’, leading to an abrupt end to the holders’ time at the hotel.

Each day, contestants participate in challenges to guess who holds the money. It’s a game of strategy and bluff, with viewers at home getting to see all the action and intrigue.

The highlight of each episode is the case swap in the ‘Lady Luck’ bar, where nerves are frayed and tough decisions are made. Keep the case, or swap? The choice could mean the difference between a windfall and an early exit.

The first series ended with a feel-good twist as mother and son, Jo-Anne and Will, took home £210,000. They generously donated £5,000 to fellow players Samm and Aysha.

If you think you have what it takes to crack the code and win the cash, applications for series two are now open.
