In the third episode of Apple TV+’s The Lady in the Lake, titled “I Was the First to See Her Dead. You Were the Last to See Her Alive,” Cleo takes charge of her safety and Maddie becomes engrossed in the Durst investigation.
The series explores the impact of a young girl’s disappearance in Baltimore back in 1966 and how it brings the lives of two women together, setting them on a path toward an inevitable and tragic collision.
The series stars Natalie Portman, Moses Ingram, and Y’lan Noel.
