On Tuesday night The Late Show with Stephen Colbert welcomes Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries to the show.
Nancy Pelosi will be discussing her new book, The Art of Power, which reflects on her career in public life, including the traumatising moment of the January 6 siege of the US Capitol. She will also be addressing her recent announcement that she will seek reelection to Congress in 2024, despite talk of retirement at age 83.
Hakeem Jeffries will be discussing the current political landscape, including the recent endorsements of Vice President Kamala Harris by top Democrats in Congress.
