Nine-month-old Jack Russell Bella is also featured; she was rushed to Fitzpatrick Referrals in 2018 after a freak accident, falling from a bike carrier and fracturing her pelvis. Additionally, the episode introduces seven-month-old Border terrier puppy Kiera, who has sustained a front leg fracture in a fall and whose story has a personal resonance for Noel.
