The Talk: “Wendi McLendon-Covey, Chef Curtis Stone” (CBS, Monday, November 18, 2024)

The Talk CBS Key Art

CBS’s “The Talk” is set to offer a blend of medical comedy insights and culinary capers this Monday with the arrival of Wendi McLendon-Covey and Chef Curtis Stone. McLendon-Covey will be discussing her latest venture, NBC’s “St. Denis Medical,” a sitcom revolving around the chaotic, underfunded world of an Oregon hospital.

Then, Chef Stone enters the kitchen, not to whip up a soufflé, but to dish on FOX’s “Crime Scene Kitchen.” This isn’t your straight forward baking show. Here, contestants play detective, piecing together culinary puzzles from the remnants of desserts past. It’s a format that’s sometimes brilliantly bizarre and sometimes bizarrely brilliant. Stone will also be providing a cooking demonstration, because everyone appreciates a little practicality amidst the morning TV shenanigans.
