On the Friday July 26 episode of ‘The Young and the Restless,’ Victoria wrestles with the dilemma of whether to warn Billy about Victor’s plot to take over Chancellor Industries. She ultimately decides against it upon learning of Nikki’s ambition to lead the company. At the office, Lily rejects Billy’s new logo design, sparking tension with Devon, who believes Billy will ultimately sideline Lily.
Devon confronts Billy near the elevator, warning him against becoming an even bigger enemy if he harms Lily. Meanwhile, Phyllis and Summer celebrate Summer’s legal victory but reflect on the potential heartbreak it may cause. Summer mentions Claire’s attempts to guilt-trip her about Harrison, leading Kyle to offer a Paris vacation to make up for it.
However, Kyle soon backs out of the trip, promising a future alternative, and instead takes Harrison, Claire, and later Summer and Phyllis to the park for ice cream. Phyllis encourages Summer to spend more time with Harrison and take photos to present to the judge, hoping to show her commitment to her grandson.
