On Tuesday morning Today with Hoda & Jenna welcomes pop music super-producer Benny Blanco, chefs Larry Morrow and Serigne Mbaye, chef and TV personality Katie Lee Biegel, entrepreneur Ivy Wells, and culinary producer Katie Stilo to the show.

Benny Blanco will discuss his debut cookbook, Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends, which teaches readers about cooking, enjoying life, and throwing dinner parties. Blanco, known for his work as a music producer and actor, shares his passion for food and entertaining.

Larry Morrow, a New Orleans-based chef and restaurateur, will take viewers on a food tour of the city. Morrow, who owns several restaurants in the city, including Morrow’s and Morrow Steak, aims to have the largest Black-owned hospitality group in the country.

Serigne Mbaye, a chef born in the United States and raised in Senegal, will join the show to discuss his culinary journey. Mbaye, who graduated at the top of his class from the New England Culinary Institute of Vermont, has worked at various restaurants featuring Japanese, Cuban, French, and Creole cuisines. In 2022, he opened the brick-and-mortar location of Dakar on Magazine Street, which won the James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant in 2024.

Katie Lee Biegel, a classically trained chef and TV personality, will demonstrate how to make pizza salads, a fun twist on two classic dishes.

Ivy Wells, a Baltimore-based entrepreneur and mother of three, will discuss her career in the trucking industry.
