Olympic swimmer Tom Dean MBE and his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova have been eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing 2024 following the first dance-off of the series. Dean and Bychkova faced actress Toyah Willcox and Neil Jones in the elimination round. After performing their routines once more, the judges chose to save Willcox, ending Dean’s time on the show.
The second live show saw all celebrities and their professional partners perform once again, with their scores from both weeks combined to form the leaderboard. Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Škorjanec impressed with a Viennese Waltz, scoring 35 points, while Paul Merson and Karen Hauer found themselves at the bottom with a 15-point Salsa. Dr. Punam Krishan and Toyah Willcox also struggled to win over the judges.
The results show opened with a dramatic group performance by the judges and pro dancers and included a musical performance from Ezra Collective and Yazmin Lacey.
