In the series premiere, Tom heads to Kent and Cambridgeshire, exploring the diverse food landscapes of these regions. He begins his adventure in the Fens of Cambridgeshire, where he searches for beetroot and discovers the hard work and speed behind getting fresh vegetables to our tables.
Tom then moves to Kent, known as the ‘Garden of England,’ where he visits one of the county’s famous orchards and learns the art of picking ripe apples and pears. He celebrates these fruits with his ultimate crumble recipe, packed with delicious tips.
