In the series premiere of Will and Ralf Should Know Better, best friends Will Mellor and Ralf Little put their physical and mental strength to the test as they embark on a series of challenges and encounters.
The pair, in their forties, explore various themes, from embracing their ‘spiritual’ side to facing their fear of aging and living off the grid. They meet the World’s Strongest Woman, learn Buddhist practices, and undergo Hostile Environment Training.
Throughout the series we are privy to intimate and fly-on-the-wall conversations that show the relationship between these two long-time friends.
