The property, vacant for nearly two decades and occupied only by squatters, requires an extensive renovation to fulfil Ian and Steph’s retirement dream. With a modest budget and Ian planning to do most of the work himself, the couple seeks Scarlette and Stuart’s expertise to transform their house of horrors into the pride of the high street.
