Period crime drama anthology series The Agatha Christie Hour looked at some of the iconic writers less well known short stories.

Full of period charm and set in the 1920’s and 30’s the ten stories here feature some of the lesser known tecs from Christie’s ouvre, not least the likes of the excellent Parker Pyne.

Lavish of production the series also features some very well known actors in the casts including the likes of Maurice Denham, Nicholas Clay, Roy Kinnear, John Nettles, Carol Drinkwater, Michael Gough, William Gaunt, Alexandra Bastedo and Ralph Bates.
